Hamburg: the trial of Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu is postponed
The trial of Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu will continue on January 21, 2019 at 1:30 pm at the High Court of Hamburg in Germany.
A hearing of Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu's trial was held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 10 am pm at the District Court of Hamburg in Germany. It lasted 5 minutes. It was decided that the next hearing would take place on January 21st at 1:30 pm.
Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu is a Turkish revolutionary detained in Germany since 2 December 2016 and accused by his country of being leader of the DHKP-C (Revolutionary People's Liberation Party-Front), an organization declared terrorist by a few countries, including Turkey, the United States and the United Kingdom. His indictment consists of his political activities based on the defence of human rights and the battle for minority rights. But these values are in total opposition to those of a country that has made a rule of arbitrariness to prohibit any attempt to oppose the regime in place, even outside its borders.
Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu faces a 10-year prison sentence in the Federal Republic of Germany and a risk of extradition to the United States who have staked a $ 3 million bonus on his head since 2014.
The Freedom Committee for Musa AÅŸoÄŸlu calls to be present at the High Court of Hamburg in Germany Monday, January 21, 2019 at 13 h 30.
