The pandemic reigns and imperial war is being prepared
The Italian constitution is de facto suspended since public assemblies are suspended, in the name of what the public prosecutor has openly appealed for "social alienation among people".

The coronavirus emergency has been actively re-functionalised in this respect for political goals.
Since March 5, well over 20,000 US soldiers have been landing in Europe, according to what Manlio Dinucci pointed out in his article in the Italian newspaper "Il manifesto" of March 3, informs us that the soldiers of the United States of America have taken to arrive in view of the drill "Defender Europe 20" «in 6 European harbours (in Belgium, Holland, Germany, Latvia, Estonia) 20,000 pieces of military equipment».
What is this drill? Why the operation?
This is the largest US troop deployment in Europe in 25 years.
The official explanation is that this operation is being carried out with a precise and reasonable purpose, which is to “protect Europe from any potential threat”. Defender Europe is similar in numerical terms to Operation Reforger but definitely more capillary and complex as it involves 18 States: among them the United Kingdom, Poland, Germany, Italy and the Baltic States.
Why is there a need for a large combat force in Europe? Why must it be managed by the United States on European Union ground? Who should the United States defend Europe from?
This is taking place in the former Soviet Union spaces, now spaces of the Atlantic area, such as Latvia and Estonia, the answer to the question is obvious. The objective of the operation is to defend Europe from Russia, as if one of its objectives were the invasion of Europe.
But if we look at the facts since 1989, it is clear that Russia has not expanded westwards, on the contrary, Russia has declined, proof of which are Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia and Estonia, now under the Atlanticist regime. So it seems that the threat of other people's territories is coming from Washington today more than from the East. The operation is called defending Europe, but the objective seems to be a different one.
What are the real goals?
1) Increasingly massive, with aggressive (not defensive) intentions of Russia, guilty of not being aligned with the imperialist American power. Putin is guilty of not being like GorbaÄëv and El'cin, a faithful servant of US imperialism, Putin is guilty of trying to make Russia independent and sovereign.
2) To guarantee the stable subjugation of the European Union as a colony of the United States of America. This deconstructs even more the theorem that the European Union is solid, united, compact and independent. The European Union remains a US colony. Just think of the US military bases on the territory without of course there being a single European military base in the US. In this sense if you are a partner you should have the same number of military bases in both territories. It is characteristic of colonies, however, to have military bases in the foreign country without having their own military bases in the foreign country present on their own.
US imperialism therefore aims to keep Europe as a subordinate and use it as an avant-garde base for the new Cold War against Russia and communist China, which remain its real enemies to this day.
US imperialism, as the vector of globalist sovereignty, cannot stand the persistence of a multipolarism such as independent and sovereign Russia and communist China as an economic power.

Beyond the geopolitical aspect on which attention has been focused, we must focus on another aspect: Operation Defender Europe 20 takes place in the middle of what the WHO has declared a pandemic: the coronavirus.
Manlio Dinucci in this sense makes us think because he writes in his article: «The 30,000 US soldiers, who will spread through the European region, are in fact exempted from the preventive rules on the coronavirus that apply to civilians».
What's happening and they're not telling us?
